We had a fantastic group vacation, enjoying the beautiful views at Fleet Week and exploring the Golden Gate Bridge. The location near the Wharf made it convenient to access great food and attractions. The staff was super friendly, and the room wasnice and neat. I recommend checking out the Pescatore restaurant attached to the hotel. It was delicious!
The only downside was the additional amenity charges at the end of our stay. They reminded me of a surprise, and I think it would be better if they were included in the initial price.

Location
Small rooms that need refresh. Staff was not very friendly or helpful (except valet). Can hear every noise in hall or next room; and at 11pm they decided to do kitchen repairs that we so loud it woke the whole family up for an hour.

It had central location close to Mason Street. The restaurant was very nice for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes.

Can recommend for a weekend breather
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely patio. My fiancé and I enjoyed the beautiful setup in the lobby while we stored our luggage after check-out, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi available .

Great location close to Fishermans Wharf. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Nice room and friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby up to 9am and a happy hour for drinks and food in the evening. My friends were unable to travel with us due to a family illness but the hotel agreed to refund their payment at very late notice of cancellation. A very helpful and kind gesture on their part.

Location was good
Accommodation is not cheap and we expected a bit more for our money. Outside our room were the AC units that droned on all night which led to an uncomfortable stay. Free coffee and tea removed from the reception area early so late risers had to pay somewhere else! No policy for residents to be given a guaranteed table for breakfast and non-residents can just come in and get a table. We complained and it was resolved however.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the wharf. The Mediterranean dishes offered were fresh and enjoyable. The initial room assignment for our family was inadequate for three people, requiring an upgrade at an unexpected cost. Communication regarding the room size was disappointing, and staff responses felt unhelpful at times. Lastly, while the lobby setup was lovely, the small patio offered limited outdoor space for relaxation.
